Lang Van is a Charlotte staple that has won best of the best awards dating back 13+ years and for good reason! Not only do they have an extensive Vietnamese menu, every single thing I’ve tried is delicious and the service is literally the best! Young, the owner, and her crew are so incredibly nice and welcoming. Don’t know what to order? Let her know some ingredients you like and they’ll give a suggestion or just let them surprise you! Highly recommend #45 for a cold noodle dish, #27 for pho, #2 summer rolls, #140 the best iced Vietnamese coffee ever!Appetite + Adventure@appetiteandadventure

I went to Lang Van's for the first time today and it was delicious! definitely going back again soon. It is a bit pricey but really worth it. I had the vermicelli with beef stir fry and my husband got the shrimp fried rice. It was all so good and gone in seconds. All the reviews are true about it being great! Found a new favorite Vietnamese spot :)
